I didn’t set out to build a brand — I set out to find something I could truly trust for my family.

As a certified nutritionist and a mother, I’ve always been deeply conscious of what goes into our food. But when it came to something as fundamental as ghee, I found myself constantly questioning what was available in the market. Labels said “pure,” but my instinct said otherwise.

That’s where this journey began.

I started creating my own A2 Gir cow bilona ghee — slowly, intentionally, and rooted in tradition. Using the age-old bilona method, working with care, patience, and respect for purity — because I wasn’t making it for customers at first, I was making it for my home.

What began as a personal need turned into something bigger. Today, this brand stands for honesty, nourishment, and uncompromising quality.

Every jar carries the same intention I started with — to give you something I would confidently give my own family.

This isn’t just ghee. It’s trust, tradition, and mindful nutrition — brought back to life.

By combining our decades of dairy experience with the ancient bilona method, we aim to deliver a product that reflects both tradition and trust.

The Bilona Method — A Tradition Worth Preserving

Unlike commercial ghee production, Bilona ghee is made through a time-honored process that preserves nutrients and flavor.

Our process follows traditional steps:

  1. Fresh A2 milk from Gir cows
  2. Milk turned into curd naturally
  3. Hand-churned using the Bilona method
  4. Slow wood-fire cooking to extract pure golden ghee

This traditional method ensures that every jar carries the authentic aroma, taste, and nutrition that modern processing often destroys.

Why Gir Cow A2 Milk Matters

Not all milk is the same.

Our ghee is made exclusively from indigenous Gir cow milk, known for producing A2 beta-casein protein, which is considered easier to digest and more nourishing.

This is why A2 Bilona Ghee has been valued in Ayurveda for centuries.
